This sample outlines a set of policies and procedures governing the handling of complaints regarding harassment, discrimination and bullying. It is based on the procedures applicable in Australia but is generally applicable to many other non-U.S. countries.
In this sample, the company has appointed a number of employees across different levels within the organization to deal with issues of harassment, discrimination and bullying. These complaints officers will deal with complaints and issues that arise pursuant to the company’s harassment and discrimination policy in the offices under their control.
