Outlining Best-Practice Global Harassment and Discrimination Guidelines
The purpose of this document is to increase all employees’ understanding of the company’s policies regarding discrimination and harassment in the workplace. This sample is generally applicable to many non-U.S. countries.
This sample states that the company is firmly committed to promoting equal opportunities in the workplace. All employees must abide by their policies against discrimination. Employees must exercise complete candor in providing facts and information to auditors, regulators and other authorized individuals; protect and maintain the confidentiality of private information pertaining to clients, employees and the company; etc.
