This sample states that a company will provide tuition reimbursement to eligible employees as long as they meet eligibility requirements. Requirements outlined within this sample include: all regular full-time and part-time employees who have completed a designated monthly amount of service as a company employee are eligible for tuition reimbursement, and course(s) must enhance the employee’s career field and be work-related, be a requirement or an elective of a work-related degree or certificate program.
