An Extensive Evaluation of Financial Reporting and Contractual Agreements in the Hotel Industry
This work program is designed to assist the audit team in performing a comprehensive review of a hotel's financial reporting area and its compliance with its management contract/lease agreement. This review is executed with a focus on the financial reporting area processes, transactional analysis and management contract/lease agreements obligations.
