Protiviti’s Top Risks survey released in the beginning of 2020 showed that many business leaders were worried about their organizations’ ability to compete with digital-born competitors. As a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, many digital leaders are prospering during this time at the expense of those that have yet to make the necessary investments to operate in the digital realm.
