Basic graphs and tables can be used to summarize and assess business process improvement data meaningfully. Lean and Lean Six Sigma practitioners use descriptive statistics to tabulate and graphically represent sample data through various graphical presentations. 

Using analytical statistics, practitioners can then make decisions regarding process improvement, process control and process design. This course is aligned with ASQ’s 2015 Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.
