This report focuses on a risk awareness and scenario analysis for the construction and development group’s finance and accounting function. The project included developing a list of scenarios that could adversely impact the organization, compiled through interviews with key stakeholders and review of documents provided by the company. Once the listing of risk scenarios was developed, the project team worked with the key stakeholders to identify existing mitigation processes, assign risk likelihood and impact ratings, and develop mitigation enhancements where applicable.
