Change of Access Status Policy
This sample policy defines the conditions for creating, terminating or altering the status of a user’s access to company technology resources.
This policy covers the roles and responsibilities for policy enforcement, information regarding account access security at the company, and guidelines for account access and the creation, termination and modification of accounts for permanent and temporary employees or third-party personnel such as temporaries, contractors, consultants and other parties with valid company access accounts. For more information about policies regarding new hires and terminations, refer to the company employee handbook. Information security services (ISS) is responsible for reviewing and approving authorization processes.
