A2A, a Milan-based life company focused on the environment, water and energy, has more than 13,000 employees, and Mauro Ghilardi, A2A people and transformation officer, is in charge of human resources procurement and group shared-services activities. A2A aims to improve the quality of life of its customers, the public and its workforce with a mindset on the planet’s future.
