A new [global market study] from Protiviti and the International RegTech Association (IRTA) suggests a critical need to accelerate the use of digital technologies and shared platforms for ‘‘know your customer’’ (KYC) processes and cultivate a shared understanding of how digital-enabled KYC can transform outcomes for people and businesses.
