Business process improvement must be monitored and controlled to ensure that gains aren’t lost. This takes place in the control phase of a Lean or Lean Six Sigma domain process. Once you analyze and approve your processes to the desired levels, you need to monitor and control them over an extended period of time. This course explores how to interpret control charts.
